Our Center is a commons supporting collaborative research teams joined across IU’s schools and campuses to solve the world’s most difficult health challenges and train the world’s future leaders in global health research.

AMPATH is the IU Center for Global Health Equity’s signature partnership in Kenya. The AMPATH Research Network includes researchers from nearly 20 institutions in North America, Europe and Africa working to improve the health of people in Kenya and other resource limited settings around the world.
Interdisciplinary teams from IU School of Medicine and colleagues around the world are exploring complex health problems in an effort to address them and improve health.
The IU Center for Global Health Equity and Regenstrief Institute Center for Health Services Research sponsor a quarterly Global Health Research Speaker Series on the second Tuesday in February, May, August and November from 12-1 p.m. The event is presented in a hybrid format.
Trainees, faculty and investigators can access lectures discussing the challenges, opportunities and methods of clinical research. Covering a range of core topics, these lectures are meant to give the listener a basic introduction and overview of some key concepts and principles in clinical research.
